Structural features: PTFE Raschig ring packing comes in two shapes: round Raschig rings and perforated Raschig rings. It is usually directly cut from PTFE tubing and has a simple structure.
Performance advantages: It has excellent high temperature resistance, with a long-term operating temperature of 200-260℃, and also has good low temperature resistance, remaining flexible even at -100℃.
High throughput: The unique structural design ensures good gas and liquid distribution within the packing layer, and the inner surface of the packing ring is easily wetted by the liquid, improving the liquid dispersion and the utilization rate of the packing inner surface.
Low resistance: PTFE Raschig ring packing has a large throughput capacity and low pressure drop, while the mass transfer and separation efficiency of the tower is also high.
In the environmental protection field: PTFE Raschig ring packings can provide good gas-liquid contact conditions and improve treatment efficiency in environmental protection equipment such as sewage treatment and waste gas purification.
