Conjugate Ring Selection Recommendations

Polypropylene Conjugate Ring is a high-efficiency random packing that combines the advantages of ring and saddle structures, with low pressure drop, high mass transfer efficiency and good anti-blocking performance.

Processing Capacity and Pressure Drop: For large tower diameters or high loads, choose Φ50-Φ76; for small tower diameters or high separation precision, choose Φ25-Φ38.

Media Characteristics: For mediums with normal corrosion, choose PP; for mediums with severe corrosion, choose RPP, PVDF, CPVC, etc.

Operating Temperature: For temperatures ≤100°C, use PP; for temperatures >100°C, choose high-temperature-resistant materials.

In distillation towers, absorption towers, solvent recovery towers and other low-temperature, corrosive or light impurity-containing working conditions, PP conjugated rings are often used as an alternative to metal or ceramic fillers to achieve high efficiency, energy saving and low maintenance operation.
