Low cost and good economy
Most materials are general plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The raw material price is low and the processing technology is simple (such as injection molding). The overall production cost is much lower than metal fillers or ceramic fillers, which is suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
Strong corrosion resistance and wide application range
Plastic materials have good tolerance to various corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts (depending on the material, such as PP is resistant to most acids and alkalis, and PVDF is resistant to strong corrosion). It is especially suitable for low temperature and non-strongly oxidizing corrosive conditions, avoiding the rust problem of metal fillers and the brittleness limitation of ceramic fillers.

Light weight and convenient installation and maintenance
Plastic density is low (such as PP is about 0.91g/cm³), and a single 16mm Raschig ring is small in size and light in weight. The process of packing loading and unloading, transportation and tower filling is time-saving and labor-saving, reducing the equipment load-bearing requirements and installation costs.
